  • Melt the butterscotch chips in the microwave or on the stove.
  • Combine the peanut butter and melted butterscotch chips.
  • Stir in protein powder and peanuts.
  • Spoon onto a cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes to harden.

You can get creative with this recipe and make many different variations by changing up the flavor or type of the baking chips and the protein powder.

  • We love to use chocolate chips and chocolate protein powder to make chocolate peanut butter cookies
  • The peanut butter can be substituted with a different nut or seed butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsalted or lightly salted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butterscotch chips in a large, microwavable bowl or on the stove.
  • Combine the peanut butter with the melted butterscotch chips and mix well.
  • Stir in the protein powder.
  • Stir in the peanuts.
