Method
- Melt the butterscotch chips in a large, microwavable bowl or on the stove.
- Combine the peanut butter with the melted butterscotch chips and mix well.
- Stir in the protein powder.
- Stir in the peanuts.
- Place dollops of the "batter" on a parchment paper-covered cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes to harden. Enjoy!
