Ingredients
  

  • 1 11 oz bag butterscotch baking chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsalted or lightly salted peanuts

Method
 

  1. Melt the butterscotch chips in a large, microwavable bowl or on the stove.
  2. Combine the peanut butter with the melted butterscotch chips and mix well.
  3. Stir in the protein powder.
  4. Stir in the peanuts.
  5. Place dollops of the "batter" on a parchment paper-covered cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes to harden. Enjoy!
