Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 5.3 ounce container vanilla Greek yogurt I used Dannon Light and Fit
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings of choice I used a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a few raspberries

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or Nutribullet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degreees.
  2. Add cottage cheese, yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture evenly into two ramekins.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  6. Chill in fridge until ready to eat.
  7. One chilled, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
